Terms of Engagement

terms companies image1 Most of the work we do for our Corporate clients is individually quoted based on the work required, and we always endeavour to quote a fixed price plus agreed expenses, so that you have certainty over the costs. We can provide this quickly based on an outline agreed over the phone or by email if you would like an indication.

For simpler requirements such as identifying and booking female business speakers, consultants and mentors, we charge a 15% booking fee based on the rate agreed with the individual, which of course will vary. You will only be charged if you go through with the engagement.

For executive searches for full, non-executive and other positions, we typically will work alongside retained traditional executive search firms, and on this basis we charge 10% of agreed on-target annual salary if any candidate provided by us is employed by you. Clearly this will add to your search costs if you have commissioned the search on a retained basis, although some search firms may agree in advance to reduce their fee if you employ a candidate identified by us.

If you want us to provide a “woman-only” shortlist for a role, we are happy to do this for the same fee structure on a “success only” basis, and will charge only £1,000 plus VAT to cover expenses in the event that you do not go ahead with any of the candidates. This can be a very cost effective first pass on filling an executive role where you want to inject female talent, or for any non-executive appointments.
