Companies are increasingly seeking to inject the alternative perspective that senior women can provide into their businesses. In recent years this has been particularly the case with Private Equity backed companies.
We help identify opportunities, provide contractual support and negotiate appropriate terms. This can be within your chosen functional or industry area of expertise, or in supporting, for example, in-company diversity programmes.
Clearly for those already in employment there may exist the possibility of conflicts of interest so opportunities must be selected carefully. This type of consulting activity can be a useful start towards a plural or more diverse career, and can be combined with a full-time role in the same way as an NED position might be. |
