About Us

Gary Bullard is the Founder and CEO of Catquin, a company which supports senior female executives in furthering or diversifying their careers, and also helps companies in supporting female diversity. He started this after recognising that much more could be done to support and promote senior women within the UK, having been lucky enough to get to know and work with many of them during his career.

He has been a career executive with over 30 years experience in the IT and Telco industries. He spent over 25 years in IBM Corporation in a variety of senior executive positions in London, Paris and New York. He left IBM to return to the UK to take up the position of President, BT Global Services, responsible for BT’s business with its UK Corporate clients, a £5Bn business, and then lead the integration of BT’s corporate business on a global basis, taking responsibility for BT’s largest Global Customers and its Professional Services Division.

In 2007 he left to pursue a plural career, taking on interim executive management and consulting assignments for major corporations. Since 2005 he has been a Non-Executive Director of Chloride Group, a FTSE 250 industrial company, where he chairs the Remuneration committee and is on the Audit and Nomination committees. Since 2010 he has also become a Non-Executive Director of Rotork Plc., based in Bath, a FTSE 250 engineering company, where he is on the audit and nomination committees and chairs the renumeration committee.  He lives between Richmond, Surrey and a farm in Devon, where he has recently planted a small commercial vineyard.
