If you are part of that rare breed, a female executive director, then the knowledge you have acquired reaching this level will provide invaluable advice to those women knocking on the proverbial glass ceiling. Other companies are often willing to invest in mentoring for their developing female talent, and we can help identify opportunities for you to deliver this service.
Equally there is much to be learnt comparing notes with your female peers and we are frequently called to make introductions, as well as providing informal themed networking events where you can meet your peers.
